Patient management follows the guidelines of the main national and international scientific societies, with constant comparison between the skills present in Casa di Cura.

General medicine, cardiology, and geriatrics

Framing and treatment of the main internal medicine pathologies, with particular attention to the elderly patient and situations of fragility.

Pulmonology

Diagnosis and treatment of respiratory system diseases, in connection with the facility's diagnostics.

Gastroenterology

Management of digestive system pathologies in a hospitalization regime, in collaboration with the Digestive Endoscopy Service.

Long-term Care

For patients requiring high integration between medical assistance and specialized nursing, with prolonged stays and rehabilitative objectives.

Prevention of pressure ulcers

Continuous monitoring of long-term care patients

For years, the Casa di Cura has applied a monitoring system for complications in long-term care patients, with particular attention to pressure ulcers: detection upon admission and discharge, prevention and management protocols updated to the indications of scientific societies. The goal is to reduce their number and severity during the stay.
